APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
* A major credit card is required to hold your reservation for all spa services and parties of 2 or more.
* If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice.
* If you are within this time at booking, you are already confirmed and the cancellation policy will be in effect.
* Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will result in 50% charge
of the total scheduled service.
* This policy also applies to gift card holders.
* Groups require 48 hour cancellation notice.
* Gratuities are accepted in cash only. Rates do not include gratuity.
* Gratuities should be based on the full undiscounted menu price.
* 15-20% gratuity is both approporiate and appreciated.
* 20% gratuity will be added to the final balance for group events and parties of 4 or more.
* Our Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for one year from date of purchase.
* Service substitutions may not be made for gift cards purchased for specific packages.
* Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be used towards gratuities.
* Please present gift certificates when you check in.
* Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
* Spa Packages must be purchased at once as a package.
* Substitutions for services in Spa Packages are not allowed.
* All Spa Packages must be for the same client,rendered on the same day.
